Admission


We offer rolling admission. Students are admitted throughout the school year as space allows. 
To begin the admission process, don't hesitate to get in touch with Alisa at 740.973.5773 (text or call) or
complete our online First Steps to Success form. 

 Our program is not designed to serve students with persistent or severe behavior problems caused by primary neurological or psychological issues.

3 Steps to Success for the Admissions Process

Step 1.

  • Contact Rules 4 Life Learning Program.  Please call or email to ensure we are your student's best support for services.

Step 2. Submission of the paperwork via email

  • Most current multi-factored evaluation (MFE), or an ETR, an IEP, 504, or a Service Plan. 

  • Any educational, psychological, neurological, speech, or language evaluations (including cognitive and diagnostic)

 

Step 3. Schedule a Meeting

  • This meeting can be in-person, virtual, or a phone call. 

  • Pay a $100 non-refundable application fee

  • Complete the Student's Information Packet

    • Sign the Parent Student Handbook

    • Sign the Service Contract for your student.
